Hi: I need to decide what type of paint to use in each room. I am very environmental and health-conscious and want to use the least toxic paints. I thought we would use Ben Moore but as far as I can tell every one of their paints except Natura is mildew-resistant and therefore (unless I'm mistaken) contains a fungicide. I don't really want to coat my walls with a pesticide. But I'm not sure about the quality and endurance of Natura. Have others been down this road and what did you find? I'd like to find a zero VOC paint (such as Regal Select) that is NOT mildew-resistant and therefore contains no fungicides. Since we're at the 11th hour with the colors, would love to stay with the Ben Moore line but don't have to and I'm not liking what I see re fungicides and lack of other choices. Thanks for any advice others can offer. We are painting every room in the house.
