My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      Great question and sorry for not getting back sooner. This floor is our distressed oak finished with an oil based urethane. It is a clear finish. When an oil based finish is applied to reclaimed wood it brings out the naturally dark patina.

      The floors have no stain, it is natural color from 100+ years of exposure on the outside of a barn.
