Depends a lot on how wet it has been and for how long it was wet. Occasional rain with no standing water for more than a day and completely dry before getting wet again once or twice should be fine. If there is a mold/mildew problem it will be evident.

The better plan now is to do a mold/mildew remediation on the affected areas and make sure the wood is completely dry before covering with siding/drywall.

Years ago, I was involved in building several Habitat for Humanity homes that were not dried in for several months in early spring to summer. Three had trusses installed that were wet when installed and not dried out when sheathed. All had nail pops in wall/ceiling drywall for several subsequent years.

We also learned to paint the subfloors to prevent plywood from being damaged by standing water.

Amy’s house (from other post) is way beyond framed IMO. That wrap and windows have a ton of protection. I think this is a different Amy.

Roof is good. After awhile the sun will dry & discolor the wood, but its still viable. Normally builder projects are closed in within a few months but I've seen many DIY homes go 1-2 years before cover.

Last task before insulation is straightening studs & shimming headers as they shrink.

If the home has house wrap installed, you'll need to consider how long the house wrap can be left exposed. In the case of Tyvek Homewrap, you have 120 days to cover it up.

There is no wrap on the house and it is on the bay

If work will be delayed without wrap, you need to tell us what kind of sheathing including the brand and if joints are sealed. You said the roof is on but is the roofing installed? To get useful responses you need to give us very specific information.

If it will be wrapped, it can last indefinitely if you are willing to replace the wrap.
