My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Roof Color Advise

I’m in the process of replacing a waterfront home that was destroyed by Sandy several years back. The house is on a piling foundation and, literally sits over the water. We chose Hardy Board “Iron Grey” siding with wide white Axek trim around the windows/doors. I am thinking charcoal/ black, but am not sure. I’d prefer an architectural shingle. I appreciate any advice from all. Thank you.
