The boob lights should be replaced with some well spaced pot lights in the LR anf kitchen for better overall lighting. While you are at it take the sconces off and get a bigger piece of art hungso the center is at eye level. The light you have in the dining room is really meant for a hall or staircase position and it does not appear to be centered over the table. I would look for a proper chandeleir for there and then use that in a hallway or staircase.The bottom of a chadeleir should be about 30” above the table.

The art is too small and hung too high above the couch. You need something more substantial there. Actually, I agree with everything Patricia said in the last post.

It wouldn't hurt to have a longer chandelier and to center it over the table.

We agree with Grover that a longer chandelier in the dining room would look wonderful.
