I had to run out and didn't have time to make a suggestion... but having such a big gap I would have a structural engineer to take a look at that foundation and most likely he will suggest installing injector ports along the crack and have that crack filled solid and in addition use carbon fiber staplers (called stitching method) to stabilize that wall and prevent further movement... because if that wall keeps moving, just filling it with epoxy I doubt it will hold, it will only temporarily close the gap.
