Hi all, I am a first time condo developer and I am reviewing the HVAC system designed by the mechanical consultant.

Would anyone have any suggestion about the things I should look for to make that they system is not over designed for my building?

I have been told that the same consultant produced an HVAC system that had far too many bells and whistles that made if very expensive.
