Hello,

I have venetian plaster walls in my dining room and they feel, look like plastic? So, I'm assuming they are waxed? They are primarily a mustard color over a copper. I want to get rid of so much mustard and introduce another color without having to do a V. plaster. I just want to roll or wash/faux on another color, then more cooper. I'm fine with some of the gloss showing through the regular paint. Will regular paint stick to it, or present a problem? Should I use satin if I can paint over it? I can't take the mustard anymore. Thank you.
