My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Yes, this is a cover for an AC unit. Unfortunately I can't remember how much this cost to build, my best estimate would be about $3,000. This is clear redwood which is more expensive. The top pops off for access to the units.

    I agree with you guys, I really like this idea. I take really great care of my back yard, and I personally think that the air conditioning system doesn't look that great up against my house.
