A climbing parasitic flowering plant. See if you can simply pull it off without tearing the host plants too much.

Love the yard and Embothrium ........I wish I would have posted when I first saw it because now it is wrapped all over every plant in a huge 3ft wide container pot. Haha !!!!! what a crazy and mean weed. Looks like a complete do-over including soil..... Thank you guys for your advise and knowledge !!

I'm so sorry you have this menace. It sounds like it will be a bit of a chore to eradicate. Please post back and let us know how it goes. I think most of us have never experienced this weed (yet) in our yards. It sounds like no fun.
