Looking for some general advice around whether my plans to extend our 1 bed flat in SE London could potentially be possible. We own a share of freehold (ground floor of a terraced house) and I'd like to add an extra bedroom and rejig the kitchen to the rear (where the bedroom currently is) .

Ideally, I'd have a little courtyard outside of future bedroom two (where kitchen currently is) and commence the side return extension after the bathroom wall. The rest will the be extended to include a kitchen / diner and living room.

My current floor plan is included below - would this be possible? On average, what would costs look like for this kind of job?! I'd create a new hallway where front door currently is and current living room would become bedroom 1. Any advice greatly appreciated.
