We recently got new Pental Misterio quartz countertops and I am having a hard time deciding on a tile backsplash color to complement the countertops and existing natural maple cabinets.

I previously had black laminate countertops and a dark green backsplash and wanted to lighten up the kitchen as it doesn't get a ton of natural light. My current color options are grey, white or a light greenish gray (below pic is united tile country series in mist green). I was set on the green color but now that the counters are in, wondering if I need slightly more color contrast or I play it safe with white. The tile samples pictured are not indicative of tile size - was thinking a longer subway tile shape. The wall color will also change once I settle on the backsplash.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
