I am dreaming of a farmhouse bedroom. My current bedroom set is a complete set where everything matches exactly. I am going to upgrade the bed to a King, so definitely need a new headboard/bed frame. I *might* get ambitious enough to build one. I don't want to have to replace EVERYTHING in the bedroom though, and was thinking I could keep my current dressers (a tall 5 drawer and a longer dresser) that are pretty close to farmhouse style. What kind of headboard and nightstands would work well with these existing dressers? Can I do white with these wood dressers? I am ready to make the leap to a non-matching set, but need some ideas.
