That fixture is from Circa! It is the six light square tube chandelier!

I love the tile and the grey color on the paint ... along with the cabinets. Could you tell me what tile you used as well as the color on the walls and possibly the color of the cabinetry? My husband and I just purchased our first home and are redoing our very sad kitchen and we would love to do something similar. See Image below. HELP.
