My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The pavers are poured in place sand finished concrete with 4" spacing between each.

    This is beautiful. What type of wood and stain are the pergola slats?

    The pergola slats are Ipe and finished with a clear sealer to preserve the rich color of the wood.
