Cheepchinesecrapola no name stuff basically comes with a tail light warranty if you can even figure out who the manufacturer is to file a claim.

Contact Houzz at 1-800-368-4268. You will need to know the manufacturer and model of faucet.

Sophie Wheeler and you know this is "Cheepchinesecrapola" how exactly? I don't believe the OP mentioned any specifics about the faucet.

Take a look at the product assortment on here willya. 99% Every single category. Import knockoffs. For those who’d rather look good than have good. The basic $120 Delta isn’t cool enough for the cool kids. Until the $120 knockoff of the $2200 faucet breaks after 9 months.

Go ahead and replace it, keeping the old one to at least try to return it for a refund. Recommend a Delta -- lifetime warranty. Choose one w/high arc (enabling you to easier hold items beneath the faucet to wash them) but not necessarily the more expensive and "fancy" kind.

Had an issue with a leak from the sprayer on our Delta kitchen faucet that is 7 months old. Called them up, explained the issue and a replacement part was here in less than a week. Great service by Delta.

Since we have no idea what faucet it is for starters how the heck can we say anything. To the poster call Houzz or at least find out the brand and call them.
