Metal Trays do not fit!

Hi - I recently purchased this item, and the 2 metal trays do not fit in the sliding spot for them. I have tried everything to reshape the metal a bit to fit, but it isn't working. I'd like the two metal trays to be replaced for proper, fitting ones.
