Whats the difference between the jefferson and the phippsburg vanity?

Can't tell the difference between these two 48" vanities? Interested in walnut/peanut color unless it is possible to paint it another color or have it unfinished?

    Hello, thank you for asking about the Jefferson Single Bathroom Vanity, Whitewashed Walnut, 48" and Phippsburg Vanity, Peanut, 3 cm White Carrara Marble Top, 48". The Phippsburg Vanity includes the countertop, sink and backsplash. The Jefferson is the base cabinet only. I hope this helps to clarify!
