My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

RE: Safaviah Karna dining chairs in green

I'm trying to distinguish between three options on this chair. There is considerable variation in price- from less than $200/pair to more than $300/pair. This seems to be related to PVC construction in the cheapest option vs. iron construction in the most expensive. However, there is a middle priced option that lists the materials as "Other." Please clarify. Thank you.

    Hello,


    They are all the same pair of chairs. These are offered by different sellers and the descriptions and price can vary. The chairs themselves have an iron frame and the seat is made of a PVC material to resemble leather.
