TRYING TO CHOOSE PAINT COLOR

We are trying to pick a paint color for a smallish master bedroom in our old farmhouse. The furniture in the room is a french vanilla color. Heavy distressed bed, dresser, and dressing table. Our thought was to go with white bedding and accent with black. We need advice on a wall color that will compliment that furniture. The floors are dark walnut

    Why not Sea Salt or Hinting blue with all the vanilla furniture and black accents..
