You're going to replace all the tile but keep the current layouts and vanities??

This master bathroom has so much potential. Don't waste your $ putting new countertop on old vanity cabinets. Especially when the layout can be so much better. Vanity cabinets don't cost that much.

Try not to rush into something. If funds are not available to do it right yet. Get the shower working. Deal with the tile temporarily. you may be able to find a close match to fix the patch. if you can't find a match there may be some in closet. I doubt it, but may be some under a vanity.

Wait until you get a great, new layout then rip it all out and do it correctly. Patience pays in these situations.

Removing that jacuzzi tub is quite popular these days, but it's usually expensive to get out.

There's so much better options.

Thank you! We really hadn't considered replacing the cabinets. They are solid, and most people in our area just paint them. We will look in to that. We don't want to renovate twice, so we want to do it right the first time. Our closets are on each side of the shower, so the bathroom layout is pretty set without doing some work.

That second picture is very similar to our setup. I like it in the corner!
