Apple Cider Question

Going to make cider for the 1st time this year. I spray as little as possible so some of my apples (less than 10%) have coddling moth. Will those apples "pollute" the cider. I can sort the apples so a damaged apple will be included only very rarely but it'd be a lot easier to not have to sort them.

My hobby orchard is going on 10 years old and even the Honey Crisp trees in semi-D stock are finally bearing (they took 2-3 years longer than anything else.)
