I'm a wet blanket. Samsung's technology sucks, as does their service. I bought one- like an idiot- and had nothing but problems. Because I had a strong GC and a good appliance company, the madness was stopped with a full refund. I'd never, ever buy a Samsung again.

Alas, I have to agree with jawkmdn. Our Samsung is two years old and has had problems requiring service. We like the configuration but not the problems. The appliance service guys have advised against buying Samsung. Don't know if this applies to other than refrigerators.
