The place is tiny. The best thing is that they have had collections donated over the years so they have some really nice old specimens but damn if you aren't going to pay for them. You have to get the color coded price sheet at the counter so that you don't accidentally grab a $500 plant.

really?!! Glad you replied, it really looks like a huuuuge place. I'm glad to know that it's not that big, not sure how big DD's attention span is for this sort of thing. Me, I could wander around incessantly, amusing myself & getting lost in my head.

You can spend quite a lot of time there looking at everything. The prices are high.

These plants have been drying in the shade for the last day or so after having the soil washed from the roots. My advice was to do this, then go to the CCC for proper peat-less mix to re-pot
