Sad ! Maybe to wet or too cold ? Did you cut up to the graft it may root if clear white?

Hi Agartta, yes it is a sad loss. If your weather in WA was colder like ours this Winter then that will be the cause. We lost one larger plant too this Winter....as our plants had to rough it outdoors as usual.... I hope the rest of your plants do well this Spring :)

Oh, I am so so sorry. It is always hard when you try to do everything right and it still goes wrong and you are stuck guessing - not even a lesson learned. I guess like Peter says its survival of the fittest. But still sorry, Agartta. -
