We had picked a new door from Thermatru, but we were told by the supplier that they don't recommend 3/4 sidelights with the door because the panels won't line up visually between the door and the sidelites. We would have liked full sidelights, but we have a bench with shelves for shoes in the entryway that would block part of the window. There's no room to move the bench away from the window. We could also do half sidelites, but I'd rather get as much natural light as we can. The bench will be hidden from view with both options. Which of the attached options do you think looks better? Thanks for any input anyone can provide!
