cherry tomato acidic enough to can ?

every year, i like to jar some 24 pint jars of cherry tomatoes in puree made from paste tomatoes. i've been using an italian heirloom called corbarini or crovarese. they are excellent , but very disease prone for septoria and not as productive. i know most cherries have a high brix. but are there any with an acid level safe enough to can. ?

    Any tomato is safe to can as long as you add the required amount of citric acid or bottled lemon juice. Otherwise ALL tomatoes are borderline pH when it comes to canning safety. That has been the USDA guideline since the late 60's. Brix does not correlate with pH.
