Why don’t you have a really fancy afternoon tea? With scones, tartlets, tiny cupcakes, tea sandwiches etc. If you don’t have enough china you could look in charity shops for odd cups and saucers- they don’t all have to match- pretty plates, a cake stand and so on. Have a real tablecloth on the table.

I mean no offense, but if you are going to do invitations, please have someone with good spelling help you with them. You want to make sure that your sweet 16 is some evidence that you are maturing and becoming educated and ready for the world. Your post doesn't indicate that.
