We purchased a house that was remodeled in the early 2000's and unfortunately given a difficult kitchen and living room layout. The current living room is unfunctional so we are going to convert a portion of it (while expanding into the unnecessarily large kids room) to an updated laundry room, kids play room and small office as shown. The question is now how to layout the kitchen to flow between the new rooms, family room, dining and outdoor areas. Would appreciate any and all suggestions!
