My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I'm glad you like the rug! The rug is vintage, and purchased at an antique store in Sweden. You might be able to find something similar on Etsy.

    Do you k is how much it was (what price range I should be looking in?) and what the origin of this rug is, is it persian?

    Yes, it's a Persian rug. I'm friends with the vintage store owner, so I was able to get it at a reduced price for my client. Due to the privacy of my client, I prefer not to disclose how much they paid. Hope that's ok :)
