My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Tuesday at the Ponderosa

Third time is the charm. May have to put pictures in as comments.


Everyone arrived safely. The Ponderosa is actually 3 houses that have been joined together. The two to the left are the retreat and the one to the right with the camper is the owner's residence. She is a Moda rep, and there is fabric and quilty stuff everywhere. Every bed has at least 2 quilts on it.

    So pretty and I'm glad with the flooding that it was safe in that area! I don't know that I would get much quilting done if I was there. I would want to look at the beautiful surroundings half of the time. Have fun - I know you will! The snacks look great and the mice are so dependable to show up for the retreats.
