Laundry Storage Dilemma

This is the laundry room as drawn.
I need to decide for sure on the closet situation STAT. they are framing the first floor now. I want in this room (besides the machines and sink) a bar for hanging shirts etc, a place to hang maybe a drying rack for sweaters etc and storage as this room also doubles as linen closet for the second floor of the house. These closets were drawn in basically just to fill the space and can be altered. If anyone has any bright ideas about this I am all ears!!! (I’m not sure what he had in mind for “millwork”)
