My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Light for small entryway

I moved into an apartment that has this track light in the entryway (small entryway) and at first I didn’t like it. It looks dated & from what I have been told - aren’t popular anymore. I grew to like it & then it died. I had the super check it out. He confirmed that it’s not the wiring. He said he fixed it once before for the previous tenant. He said these track lights tend to be troublesome, and I must admit- I was changing the bulbs often. Recessed lighting is not an option. As I mentioned, I got used to it & liked the way it distributed the light. Recessed lighting is not an option. Any suggestions, much appreciated.
