I just bought this console table to sit behind my sofa. The legs are made out of a gray iron and the wood top is light distressed color. My floors are very dark (almost black) and my kitchen table which is located right across from the console table is also dark. My husband doesn't think the table fits with the décor because the wood is a different color. My friend who has a good eye for décor also says the table is too tall. I love it. What is your opinion? Keep it or return and find something else???
