Name that Fungus

Started getting this white fungi on my mulberry trees. I started them in spring and they’ve been doing great until recently. I noticed some leaves yellowing and saw that the trees have developed this white, mildewy substance on the bark. What is it? How do I remove? We are in zone 8 in N. FL and we have had a rather wet summer. Thanks, any help is greatly appreciated!
