My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
I dont really know for the first one. On garden org they suggest some kind of melocactus....which does hold some merit with m.curvispinus sub species(but im not fully convinced). I dont think its a subdenudata, on account of neither the spines or shape matches. I do consider a hybrid between it and something else....
