Possible 2019 retreat locations

Here are some possibilities for our retreats:

Place of Grace, available April 18-30 (over Easter weekend), or April 22-29 with a special rate of 13 retreaters for $1500, and possible Oct 16-20, $55/night Sun-Thurs, $65/Fri & Sat with 7 minimum

Ponderosa, possibly available April 3-7 or others, $55/night with 6 minimum

Everjean Mountain Quilt Retreat, available April 3-7, October 16-20. $44.50/night with 6 minimum

The Quilter's Inn, I'm waiting to hear back on availability, options of April 3-7 or Oct 16-20, $45/night with 6 minimum

Before we make a deposit on any of these I'd like to get an idea of how many could attend. If anyone has other suggestions, please post and we will consider them. We would prepare meals at any of these, and looks like Knoxville would be the closest airport. Except for Place of Grace work space would be limited.

I would prefer a later date in April or any date in October, but I would try to make any other date work for me. We can’t rule out bad weather (snow/ice) November through March in the mountains of NC and TN. I think all these locations have their good points and I would be happy with any of them. We do try to have enough work space and good lighting with any retreat site, but we can make it work if need be. Thanks to Beverly for handling our booking details! I am off to see Ohio this weekend - I’ve never been to Ohio!

I would be interested in the October retreat. I can't do the spring. I already told Tobey that I am planning to go in the fall! :)

Around the Strasburg area in the Amish country. My first bus tour - I hope it won’t be my last, we’ll see. I figure I can get through anything for 2 days.
