For me, Lithops and other mesembs are the first to come in, along with any plants that have been struggling, etc. Usually I bring in plants that I don't want to take chances with.

Philodendrons.

I don't bring Lithops in @ all.

Echeveria, Pachyphytum, Graptopetalum, Cotyledon.

(6b here) Basically anything that isnt hardy. I have a few(0.engelmanni, 0.dillennii, O.elata, C.imbricata, C.peruvianus, A.americana) that can take the cold to a degree.

When it gets near their cold limit, then i place them in....

I overwinter things like stonecrop sedums, sempervivums, o.humifusa, delosperma )outdoors...

Hardiness is dependent upon location (climate,) per species.

I'll be bringing in over 100 other kinds of plants, but the question was what comes in first, which I took to be in regard to which seems the most offended by the most mild dips in temp.

Philos (and I forgot to include Coleus) seem to become damaged by significant exposure to sub-50's, but most other plants that I have aren't much affected by nights in the mid-upper 40's, and some can be inspired to bloom by that kind of weather.

Everything should come in before there is a significant difference between indoor and outdoor temperatures.

Adenium once the overnight lows dip into the 50’s. Last year that wasn’t until early to mid December.

I leave Adenium outside all winter, and it doesn't seem to mind. The only thing I bring inside is a few orchids, such as phalaenopsis and cattleya. I even leave dendrobiums outside, and they do fine. I brink the phalaenopsis and cattleya usually in November, to be on the safe side, even though temps here also do not dip into the low 50s until early December. It has been know to happen in late November.

Never tried to overwinter gerbera daisies, but dahlias tubers should be taken out and overwinter dry; other 'regular foliage house plants' you mentioned will continue growing indoors.
