Schefflera (Umbrella) Plant needs help!!

My 2+ years old indoor schefflera is having issues with yellow veining and brown crispy edged, and breaking leaves. About a month ago, I transplanted it into a new glazed dutch pot. I water primarily with a wine bottle and terracotta plant spike but occasionally also give it a thorough watering for the deeper roots. The signs of crispy, burnt brown edges on the leaves were there prior to transplanting in the larger pot, and are primarily near the top of the plant. The yellow veining is at the bottom, and I'm not exactly sure when that started. We recently had a flair up of fungus gnats, so a few days ago I treated all the indoor plants with 1 part 3% hydrogen peroxide and 4 parts water. I've never fertilized any of my houseplants, but they all, including this plant, are showing signs of healthy new growth. The plant is top dressed with a thick layer of pebbles. So as you can see, this is a complicated issue I haven't been able to crack! I'd love any feedback or advise on how to help out our mature, and loved umbrella plant.
