This plant is Ceropegia woodii. I don't think the curled leaves are a problem. As I recall my C. woodii the stems in the top of the pot got bare of leaves over time, those yellow leaves may be a sign of things to come. Keep it in bright light, and well watered, say once a week.

If you can collect rainwater (or put it outside when it's due for watering), I find they seem much happier with that than tap water. I started this from a one foot cutting a couple years ago.

So, I'm just wondering what your watering method is like, do you let the plant dry out most of the way down and then water thoroughly or are you just giving it a bit of water more often? You should be doing the former, I'm guessing that possibly the surface of the soil is staying too wet while the deeper part is drying out.

Andrea, I think I let it dry out too much. Clay dries out so fast!

Sorry Joanna, I didn't know it was growing in clay OR under lights. I think in addition to the draining problems I keep suggesting, it's getting cooked from above & too dry in the clay. These aren't necessarily direct sun plants.

I have some other pix I saw last night, let me look around. Again, small plastic pot, LOTS of pumice, but you could do similarly w/ Perlite, I'd skip the bark & just use 50/50 C&S mix & Perlite so it's VERY fast training. I also use pebble trays under mine, these CW are really fairly thirsty for succulents.

It's a space issue for me that causes me to wind the stems up like that & mound them on top of the pot to grow in rather than let them hang down.

Here's what my pebble trays look like for these, the small potted plant sits on top of these pebbles, allowing me to water deepy to overflow. Allows quick drainage, then the plant can absorb more moisture as needed from the overflow on the pebbles.

I do similarly w/ my Hoyas & epiphytes, they all like deep watering like this.

Hi hnadi, the plant was being way underwatered. It was in a clay pot, and I was only watering once every other week? Now I have it in a plastic container and water once every week To week and a half!

I might have used a smaller pot, tho' perhaps in future you might fill the top in a bit.

I have to take cuttings of mine to restart it, it got pretty dried out, I'm bummed to say.

Hey Joanna, I’m facing this issue too. I keep them at an east facing window where they get good amount of direct sun. it’s summer currently at my location.

I water them once a week after checking soil. I keep them in the bathroom for some humidity, after my hot shower.

which one of these might I be doing wrong? also, how did you get them grow so bushy and long? Looking forward to your suggestion.
