Love the glass counter. What is the thickness AND is it tempered?

    Good question! I believe it is 3/4" glass and it is not tempered. The under side of it is bead blasted with walnut shells to get a course blasted texture which reflects the light. The top is smooth. I don't believe you can bead blast tempered glass.

      I assume the concrete was poured during the construction. Is it possible to get this look after drywall is done, or during the traditional wall construction somehow?

      For interesting glass countertop, have a look at ThinkGlass products. The glass is thermoformed on a hand made texture.. Very beautiful work.
