If this is granite, you shouldn't be using cleaners on it at all. You should only be using soap and water. Or, a recommended cleaner specifically for granites and natural stones. Anything else can take the sheen off and it can never be repaired. Polished black granites and quartzes show fingerprints and streaks. If you do a leathered look or honed, it will cut that out. It is really pretty. They look similar to a soapstone.
