High Ceilings?

I am considering using this paint color- I have a combo living/dining and 24 foot ceilings with a dark/red/brown floor. Do you think so much "wall space" would be ok to do in this color?

Hi Michael this room, paint color and dramatic lighting is so fabulous! I have a living room/dining room combined in our house where they share a large wall. It's a 1952 house we are renovating and the ceilings are only 8ft (we will not be raising the ceilings in these rooms) further the rooms are north facing. Do you think that this paint scheme would work for our house? I appreciate your thoughts and feedback!
