I would bring in the gray in non-permanent surfaces like new bar stools and a runner. Do you love the back splash?

Looks like a great space! I like your cabinets so I wouldn't paint them. But definitely change out the backspash, to a plainer tile that matches one of the lightest colors in your granite. That would give an instant update! And, updated bar stools that blend well with the wood tones in your table would be nice.

Don't paint the cabinets. They look really nice. Your granite is basic builder grade and that backsplash is definitely nothing special. If you like the granite, pick a very light color from it and do a reflective backsplash, something simple like a subway tile in one color. Add some under cabinet lighting, makes a huge difference. And update your barstools to something that aligns with the style of the table better. Save your money that painting cabinets would cost to replace that floor tile at some point. It really doesn't look right with the cabinets.

I would not paint the cabinets. If money is not an issue maybe change counters and backsplash to bring in the beige/grey
