Hello, I just bought my first house - a 1920s bungalow. I love it, although the front door opens up directly into the living room and the fireplace is directly in front of the door. It fees a bit awkward to put a couch that blocks the door, although the fireplace is a gas stove and it's so cozy, so it would be nice to sit in front of it. Please take a look at the floor plan that I drafted up. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.
