We have just completed our new build, and are setting in. I currently have a mix of old and new furnishings. The dining room table will stick around for now, but may change eventually. I originally envisioned the TV wall consisting of a long, low walnut credenza, with flanking tall shelves or bookcases. I currently have the TV on a sideboard I already own, which I plan to move to the foyer. It does have optional coordinating bookshelves, but I feel the proportions are off for this space. Should I go with my original idea, or am I starting to get wood overload? Would something lighter, like white and gold, be better perhaps? Also, any ideas for sources would be appreciated! I’ll post photos of the wall in question, and various angles from the room. Thanks so much!
