Just draw the stuff in until it fits. This is simple. A standard tub on a 7-foot wall leaves you 2 useless feet. That limits the placement of the tub to the longer walls. Work from there. use cutouts and move them around.

But a pro should really be involved in this stage--not anonymous web users. There are drainage issues, and that involves knowing what the framing is like. Hire a pro.

We are moving the walls, replacing piping and the frame, hired a contractor but need to figure out the layout.

Do you need a tub? Often master bathrooms have nice big walk in showers w/o a tub.

What's "a cabinet"?

Something specific for storage or did you mean sink cabinet?

You didn't mention if you want single or double sinks?

Anyhow, heres my suggestion:

- double sink 5' vanity across from door along wall

- fully enclosed & tiled wet area for tub and shower on right-side of room measuring 5' × 7'

- toilet will be on the right-hand side of doorway

Alternatively:

- tub, shower, toilet along 11 feet wall

- double vanity and tall cabinet along door wall behind closet

So your budget is an issue, you want standard sizes..............but you have shown us a bath with no window and no TOILET. One with no existing layout of fixtures.

Plumbing moves will add to your labor costs. You don't say if you want two sinks or one, We don't know the toilet locale.

Put all that info on here and you will get help. Do a better drawing of the existing bath, and add a photo. IS there an existing bath................?

A tub on a 7’ wall gives you 2 feet for a storage tower not useless at all, if you mean a free standing tub that is different. A room this size should have no issues fitting everything you want but we do need to know where the toilet rough in is for sure

You first need a contractor to determine WHERE a toilet can go. It is usually not" oh put it over here" . Toilets must be pitch perfect. Joists are/ can be an issue. What is BELOW this room if anything?
