Gulf coast Satumas small this year?

Has anyone else that grows in ground no the upper gulf coast noticed that their Satsumas are unusually small this year? I have noticed that the fruit on all of my Satsuma trees, young and old alike are very small this year (almost cutie small) , being on average something less than half their normal size, maybe less than a third of their normal size. I don't know if I should blame this on the dieback from last winters 50 year low with temperatures down to 13F 2 nights in a row, or something else (trees were covered and heated, but still had significant leaf loss, and some dieback (most trees less than 20%)
