Paint Color Difficulties

We just had our kitchen remodeled and now I’m struggling to choose a wall color for painters coming in a week. The rest of our fairly open floor plan is SW Dover White. I have new white cabinetry, but they are whiter than Dover White. My glass tile backsplash is a focal point in my kitchen and I have imagined a nice gray on the kitchen walls to set off the cabinetry but not compete with the color of my backsplash. The kitchen wall color will intersect at both ends of my kitchen with the Dover White, so I feel like the color needs to be different enough from Dover White, but it also needs to be warm like Dover White. I’ve never had such difficulty is deciding on a color. Grays are so hard! I’ve considered SW Sea Salt, which we have in our bedroom, but at times it seems too close to powder blue. We are in a villa in Florida, and we don’t have a lot of natural light due to a shared windowless wall.
My trim and ceiling throughout are also going to be painted SW Pure White. Any suggestions?
