Mandevilla or Dipladenia Shrub or Bush Issues

We are having some issues with our Mandevilla or Dipladenia Shrub or Bush. They look like they are dying or have a disease . We are in Boynton Beach, Fl in Palm Beach County zone 10b. Me and dad planted these late spring early summer this year, they are in the ground and not in pots or containers, we planted them with Miracle Grow Garden Soil for In Ground use as well with Top Soil, they face the South, and get watered twice a day Early Morning and Late at Night, I wish Linda Witlsey was still around (scents_from_heaven for you long term folks that remember the Orginal Garden Web Forum) also our Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow that we got from a Neighbor is not doing good either, I thought it was coming back, but it looks like it is not, Dad may also have an issue with one of his Gardenia bushes he planted too Pics are below to see what is going on. So any help or advice you can give me so I can pass onto dad would be great. Ted N.
